Lesson 124: The Choice of ApproachChange is our only constant. Sun Tzu’s strategy distrusts long-term, detailed
plans. In the dynamic environment of competition, too many factors are changing
too quickly. Rather than waste time planning, we should spend our time
advancing. We act, defending and keeping up with opponents until we see an
opening. When we see an opportunity, we must seize it quickly. |
