Sun Tzu's Warrior's Rules -- for Winning Productively

If you are passionate about teaching the powerful Warrior's Rules that began with Sun Tzu, the Institute would like to work with you. Currently, we charge very little for licensing trainers and ask no fees at all for using our materials in your training. Our primary mission is simply spreading these ideas as quickly ad broadly as we can.

Our materials and concepts provide a framework that can be applied to many different competitive arenas, from business to personal development, and to many specific roles, from product sales to sports coaching. At this point, we need trainers with experience in specific strategic areas to help us to flesh out our programs for our mutual benefit.  The core philosophy of our training program is that we are all stronger working together and sharing our work than we are working independently.

Trainer/Master Criteria

• We require experience in offered training in using our rules,leadership, or decision-making in your area of expertise for at least one year.
• We require a willingness and capability to contribute material, articles, and ideas to the SOSI website and other programs.

The Discussion Process (Optional)

• Step One: Submit an Application. Your application is review by Gary Gagliardi, the Institute founder.
• Step Two: Gary will contact you via email to answer questions or arrange a phone conferences.

The Licensing Process (Required)

• Step One: Purchase a first year Trainer/Master License. This will automatically create your SOSI Membership, on-line School access, and get your Gold Library mailed to you.
• Step Two: Download a copy of our Licensing Agreement and sign it. You are given a download link in your account once you purchase your license.
• Step Three: Fax or email the signed agreement back to us and mail the original. Upon receiving your electronic version of the signed copy of the agreement, your membership will be upgraded to Trainer/Master. 
• Step Four: Physically mail the original agreement to us. Upon its receipt, Gary will sign and mail a copy back to you.

Trainer Certification Process

• Step One: You complete the various sections of Strategy School course material.
• Step Two: Upon completion, your are awarded certification in the section of material.
• Step Three: You maintain your certification through training activity and completing additional courses as they are offered.

Institute Contribution Process

• Step One: You complete your User Profile Biographical, Organizational, and Area of Expertise on the Institute's site, promoting your experience and business as a trainer.
• Step Two: You regularly submit articles and comments to the website.
• Step Three: You invite people to register at the website and become members through the Invite a Friend link.
• Step Four: You submit training exercises and activies, explaining how they can be used to illstrate the various concepts in The Rule Book.
• Step Five: Your User Strategy Points totals show your level of contribution to the site relative to that of other trainers and members.

Course Authorization Process

• Step One A: You integrate Institute material into your existing courses,
• Step One B: You identify which concepts from the S-RULE your course material teaches.
• Step Two: You submits your course material, its name, and the approximate hours of training that it represent to the Institute for certification.
• Step Three: The Institute reviews your course material and authorizes it as conforming to our standards.
• Step Four: At your choice, you can submit your materials to the Institute for general use (distribution for recognition) or resale.  If appropriate, the Institute can either offer for sale in the Strategy School or through other Institute Trainers. You will be paid an agreed royalty on all sales.

Your Trainer/Master status is re-evaluated after your first year.  If you are making a contribution to our program, your status is renewed. Your re-licensing fee will be commensurate with your contribution measured by your Strategy Points, ranging from free to the full price of the first year license. If your contribution is in the top 5%, your license will be free. After that, your percentile of contribution subtracted from 100%, will determine your discount, i.e. top 10%, get a 90% discount, top 20% get an 80% discount and so on.
